You commit sin, you’re a slave to sin.

God is faithful, merciful, and keeps His promises.

God is God.

Deuteronomy 7:9 (KJV) – know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.

God will rat you out without you knowing.

Stop blaming others for snitching on you. It was God.

Numbers 32:23 (KJV) – but if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the Lord: and be sure your sin will find you out.

No matter how much you deny the truth, it’s still the truth.

And there’s nothing you can do about it.

II Corinthians 13:8 (KJV) – for we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

Jesus died for you.

Therefore, you are to live for Him, not for yourself.

II Corinthians 5:15 (KJV) – and that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

If you only read the word of God, but don’t do what it says, you’re lying to yourself.

James 1:22 (KJV) – but be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

When you do good for others, do it in secret.

God Himself will reward you in public.

Matthew 6:3-4 (KJV) – but when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: that thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. .

Those who are not of God don’t hear Him.

Those who are, hear Him.

John 8:47 (KJV) – he that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

There are those who do good things for others just to be recognized by man.

When you do, you get no reward from the Father.

Matthew 6:1 (KJV) – take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your father which is in heaven.

Most trust the deceitfulness of satan more than they trust God.

Satan is the father of all lies.

He doesn’t know the truth.

John 4:44 (KJV) – ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
