Many pick and choose what they believe in the Bible.

The Bible is not a buffet.

You either believe it all or none of it.

The Word is true.

John 7:17 (KJV) – sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Don’t concern yourself or be envious of those that do evil.

Their time will come when they shall receive the consequences for their actions.

Psalm 37:1-2 (KJV) – fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like grass, and wither as the green herb.

If you want people to stop judging you, stop judging others.

Matthew 7:1 (KJV) – judge not, that ye be not judged.

If you truly love God, you will obey Him, not out of obligation but because of your personal relationship with Him.

I John 5:3 (KJV) – for this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not grievous.

We want to control God and make Him operate like we want.

His ways are not like ours.

Thank God for that.

Isaiah 55:8 (KJV) – for my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

God sent the Holy Spirit to help us pray, because we don’t always know how to.

God knows you need help.

Romans 8:26 (KJV) – likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered.

You can have many spiritual gifts, and have strong faith.

But if you don’t have love, you are nothing.

Love is everything.

I Corinthians 13:2 (KJV) – and though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

All of us, the evil and the good, the believers and unbelievers, get to enjoy the benefits of God.

Whether you acknowledge it or not.

Matthew 5:45 (KJV) – that ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

We try our best to lie against whats true.

No matter what you say or do, you can’t do anything – nothing . . . against the truth.

II Corinthians 13:8 (KJV) – for we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.
