If your heart is not right in what you’re asking for, you won’t receive it from the Lord.
Why? He won’t hear you.

The Power
There is NO power but of God.
All power given, is of God.
Please . . . Stop acting like you have more power than God.
Romans 13:1 (KJV) – let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Wrapped up
We get so wrapped up in ourselves, we don’t pay attention to the needs others.
One day you just may become unraveled.
Philippians 2:4 (KJV) – look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
A Gift
Whatever good relationship you have, it wasn’t chosen by you, but by God.
It was a gift.
James 1:17 (KJV) – every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Stingy Wealth
There is no wealth in being stingy.
The more stingy you are, the less you’ll have.
Proverbs 11:24 (KJV) – there is that scattereth, and yet increases; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.
Beware
A just man is a righteous man. When he falls, he gets up . . . again and again.
Not so for the wicked.
Beware . . .
Proverbs 24:16 (KJV) – for a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.
Should and Shouldn’t
We don’t do the good that we should.
But, do the evil that we shouldn’t.
Romans 7:19 (KJV) – for the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
You Betta Believe It
God is great!
The greatest above all gods!
You betta believe it, if you don’t believe nothing else!
Psalm 95:3 (KJV) – For the Lord is a great God, and a great king above all gods.
Slow
We are quick to get angry, and talk over others without listening.
Listen first. Then speak. Then slow to be angry.
Your anger doesn’t move God to do what you want.
James 1:19-20 (KJV) – wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Don’t Just Hear It Do It
You’re deceiving yourself, when you only hear the word, but not do what it say.
It’s as if you forgot it.
James 1:22-24 (KJV) – but be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: for he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
