There is one thing that we constantly do, among many, that God hates . . . and that’s lying.

He loves it when you speak the truth.

Proverbs 13:22 (KJV) – lying lips are abomination to the Lord, but they that deal truly are his delight.

We seem to think we have power over God.

God sent the Holy Spirit to live in you and give you power.

But that doesn’t mean you have power over the Holy Spirit.

John 13:16 (KJV) – verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.

We have adult temper tantrums when we don’t have our way.

It’s not always for you to have your way, but a lesson for you to learn.

Hebrews 12:11 (KJV) – now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

We make so many wrong decisions by trying to do it ourselves without the help of the Lord.

If you yield to God instead of the flesh, our Father will guide you through His word.

Psalm 119:105 (KJV) – thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

You have the ability to save someone’s soul.

Convert them, and you’ll save them from many sins and their soul from death.

James 5:19-20 (KJV) – brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

God loves you so much.

There’s nothing you can do or say that will stop Him from loving you.

Nothing!

Romans 8:39 (KJV) – nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We do things for man to please man.

You are to do things as unto God to serve God, not man.

Colossians 3:23-24 (KJV) – and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord, and not unto men: Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance for ye serve the Lord Christ.

No matter who you are, you will receive for the wrong you have done.

No one is exempt from God . . . That includes you!

Colossians 3:25 (KJV) – but he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

Whatever God called you to do, He will also do it through you.

You don’t have to worry about doing it in your own strength.

I Thessalonians 5:24 (KJV) – faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

God is not sitting back doing nothing, with what you’ve asked for.

Let God work behind the scenes and do what ONLY He can do in and through you.

Just wait on Him.

Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) – but they that wait upon the Lord, shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
