God made you to withstand whatever comes your way. Unless you choose not wanting to get out of it, God made a way.

We have a tendency of believing we are not strong enough to withstand trials and temptations. If man made us, that would be a legitimate statement. But that is not so — thank God. God made us, and gave us power. He designed us with everything we need to face whatever comes our way. He did not forget anything.

Whatever temptation comes your way, God made a way for you to get out of it.

You are so much stronger than you think. God has given you the grace, and you have been designed to withstand everything that comes your way. You will never face anything that’s too big for you to handle. God already knows what you are going to face, and he already gave you what you need to get through it.

It is God working in you, not you working in you.

Ephesians 6:13 (KJV) – wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all to stand.

Luke 10:19 (KJV) – behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

I Corinthians 10:13 (KJV) – there hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

II Peter 2:9 (KJV) – the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgement to be punished.

Philippians 2:13 (KJV) – for it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Hebrews 13:21 (KJV) – make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

There are some things in our lives that we need to let go of, to make our lives better.

We make things hard for ourselves because we don’t want to let go. We don’t always see the good in letting go, but in due time, God reveals it to us. Then we realize, in some cases, we wished we would had let go sooner.

Trust God, let go, and leave it.

Psalm 69:6 (KJV) – let not them that wait on thee, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.

Romans 12:9 (KJV) – let love be without dissimulation, Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

Give thanks for all things. Does that mean everything? Yes, everything!

God’s word says we are to give thanks always for all things. That’s means all the time, and for every single thing. Give thanks for the good things, and the bad things.

The majority have an issue with this statement, because we only want to give thanks for the good, but can’t find a legitimate reason to give thanks for the bad. If we trust God in everything, truly trusting God, this will not be an issue. Because God causes all things to work together for our good.

It is God’s will for you to give thanks. Give him thanks, and while you’re at it, give him praise!

Ephesians 5:20 (KJV) – giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 8:28 (KJV) – and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

I Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV) – in every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Psalm 92:1 (KJV) – it is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High.

Everything we do, we are to do it unto God. We will be rewarded for those things we do good, and we will receive wrong for what we have done wrong.

If you are deceiving others, and treating people wrong, you are doing it to yourself, because it will come back to you. If you are helping and treating others good, you are doing it to yourself, and will be rewarded for your good deeds.

Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly to God.

Colossians 3:23-25 (KJV) – and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

Why do we go about life trying to find that good and perfect person for us. Some of us have standards that are too high, and some don’t care about standards, just as long as there’s someone to give them some attention.

We all want to be loved by someone. But the love we are seeking should not be temporary, but 4ever love, which comes from God.

We must know, once we pray, we have to wait. Sometimes we get so impatient with waiting, we cry out asking; “just send me somebody “. We have to be careful what we pray for. If we are not careful in our asking with being patient, we will get just what we do not want. Better yet, we will get just what we asked for.

Being patient is the key in our asking. If we move to soon, we can miss God’s very best for us. If we take matters into our own hands, we open the door to disaster, and we can miss our blessings.

You can’t hurry who you are waiting for, or you will miss what God is doing in your life, to prepare you for who you ask for. Let God mode you, and the one you are praying for. If you want love, and you ask our Father to provide, wait on God’s timing, not yours. Pray on it, but don’t focus on it. He will give you the desires of your heart, more than you expect.

Romans 3:12 (KJV) – they are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Psalm 40:1 (KJV) – I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.

Psalm 37:4 (KJV) – delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Ephesians 3:20 (KJV) – now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.

Who can love you more than you? Who can treat you better than you?

He has always been there and always will. He has been on the forefront all along, but you don’t see him. He has. . .

• saved you from disasters
• blessed you with good people in your life
• healed you from a sickness
• protected you and your family from harm and danger
• watched over loved ones that are not in your eyesight
• changed the trajectory of your life for the better
• paid your bills, provided you food, given you shelter
• held you close
• forgiven you for your wrong

He knows your heart, therefore, he knows how to love you specific to your needs. And although you have not always shown Him love . . .

God loves you — no matter what! And nothing or no one can separate his love for you!

Hebrews 13:5 (KJV ) – let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Philippians 4:19 (KJV) – but my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 4:32 (KJV) – and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

I John 4:19 (KJV) – we love him, because he first loved us.

Romans 8:38-39 (KJV) – for I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Some things are evident — for certain, for things to happen in our lives. Death and blessings, to name a few are evident, they will happen, we just don’t know when.

God knows everything that’s going to happen. EVERYTHING!! Nothing is a surprise to God. So, when we do something right or wrong, God already knew we were going to do it. He knows the when, who, how and where it was all to happen before we knew it.

When things happen, to our unexpected, God already knows, we’re just now finding out. But then, we ask the question– why? If we never read the word of God, our why’s will never be answered to the truth.

Don’t cheat yourself out of the truth.

Deuteronomy 1:30 (KJV) – the Lord your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes.

Job 34:21 (KJV) – for his eyes are upon the ways of man, and he seeth all his goings.

John 8:32(KJV) – and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Most of us don’t believe God knows what he’s doing, because we try to override God’s plans with our own. When we try to make our plan work, and it doesn’t, we don’t understand the frustration because of what we want. We don’t stop to think . . . it’s not meant for me.

We can’t open a door for ourselves that God has closed. So stop trying.

When we see things through the eyes of God, by reading and meditation on his word, day and night, it will help us to realize what God’s plans are for us.

Acknowledge him in everything and let him direct you, not yourselves. God has already went before you, therefore he knows what’s best for you. Whatever God has started in you, he will finish it to the end.

Stop trying to squeeze into someone else’s plan, and let God show you what his plans are for you.

Revelation 3:8 (KJV) – I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou has a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Psalm 1:2 (KJV) – but his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Proverbs 3:6 (KJV) – in all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Philippians 1:6 (KJV) – being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) – for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you and expected end.

Before Jesus was betrayed by Judas, he prayed to our Father for us. He prayed to our Father on our behalf.

Jesus prayed that we may be one, just as he and God are one. That we may have his joy in ourselves. That God would keep us from evil, because we are not of this world, and set us apart to the truth of God’s word.

Just as God is in Jesus, Jesus is in us, that we may be perfect in Him, and be with him where he is.

If God loves us so much, why can’t our love for someone who has wronged us, be at the very less, an ounce of God’s love from within us?

Let God’s love for you show in forgiveness to others.

John 17: 6 (KJV) – I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept they word.

John 17:11 (KJV) – and now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

John 17:13 (KJV) – and now come I to thee, and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.

John 17:15-17 (KJV) – I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

John 17:23 (KJV) – I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Whatever has your name on it, is meant only for you. Whatever God has for you, it is for you, and whatever He has started for you, he is going to finish. If it’s not meant for you, stop trying to force it to be for you. God knows what he is doing.

No matter what one may say, or do, God has the last word, the final word. Even if the odds look like they are against you, know that God is still in control, making a way for you, and still has the last word.

If it has your name on it, don’t let others talk you out of the promises of God. Whatever God has put in your heart, is for your heart, not someone else’s.
