There is so much evil in the world.

But we still are to love others.

God loves them, so should you.

I John 4:11 (KJV) – beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

The Lord hears the prayers of those who walk uprightly.

It’s not the same for those who don’t.

Proverbs 16:29 (KJV) – the Lord is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.

Those that are greedy for their own gain brings trouble to their own home.

Proverbs 15:27 (KJV) – he that is greedy of gain trouble his own house; but he that hateth gifts shall live.

It’s harder to be obedient and do what’s right.

Because the flesh is easy to give in to and doesn’t want you to do right.

Galatians 5:17 (KJV) – for the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

Man makes so many mistakes.

Yet you trust man more than you trust God, who makes no mistakes.

It’s best to trust God.

Psalm 118:8 (KJV) – it is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

It’s AMAZING how powerful a word  spoken or written can affect you.

But it’s not what goes in that defines you, its what comes out.

Matthew 15:11 (KJV) – not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man, but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

The unbeliever and even some believers have the notion that believers will not have trials and struggles.

News flash!!

No one is exempt from struggles.

John 16:33 (KJV) – these things have I spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation; but be of good cheer: I have overcome the world.

There will be nothing negative in the life to come.

Revelation 21:4 (KJV) – and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

We hold on to things that are not of God, like fear, doubt, lying, and unbelief.

Try letting go, and hold on to those things that are of God, like self-control, power and love.

II Timothy 1:7 (KJV) – for God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Without the Word of God, there’s chaos and destructive guidance.

The Word of God teaches, instructs, and guides you so that you may be fully equipped for every good work.
