Our Father already knows what you need.
He still wants you to ask him, or He would not have said it.
Matthew 6:8 (KJV) – be not therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before you ask him.
Luke 11:9 (KJV) – and I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

Jesus will share what God has told him . . .
To his friends.
John 15:15 (KJV) – henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth; but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

You are to be kind and forgiving towards others, just as God is towards you.
Ephesians 4:32 (KJV) – and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

If someone is at fault, consider yourself, and treat them how you would want to be treated.
Galatians 6:1 (KJV) – brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Most want their blessings right away after doing a good deed.
Blessings come in God’s timing if you don’t grow tired in waiting.
Galatians 6:9 (KJV) – and let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Commit everything you do as unto the Lord, and your good thoughts will come to pass.
Proverbs 16:3 (KJV) – commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.

Tell God your wrong.
Although He already knows, He just wants you to confess them to Him, to cleanse you from all your sins.
John 1:9 (KJV) – If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

All of us have sinned.
If you say you haven’t, you’re calling God a liar, and His word is not in you.
John 1:10 (KJV) – If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

The Lord hears every cry of the righteous.
And . . . He delivers them from all of their troubles.
