Don’t say you don’t sin . . . we all do.
If you say you don’t sin, the word of God is not in you, and you’re calling God a liar.
I John 1:10 (KJV) – if we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

There’s no gain in covering up your sins.
Confess and abandon your sins, and you’ll have mercy.
Proverbs 28:13 (KJV) – he that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

The first commandment with a promise is to honor your mother and father.
You will live longer if you do.
Ephesians 6:2-3 (KJV) – honour thy father and mother: (which is the first commandment with promise😉 that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Disobeying your parents is not God’s will.
It is right to respect and obey your parents in reference to God.

You don’t have to clean yourself up to follow Jesus. That’s God’s job.
Repent. That is to change your thinking.
And be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and receive your gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:38 (KJV) – then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

It is very important to have wisdom.
And in everything you do, get understanding.
Proverbs 4:7 (KJV) – wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

Honor God by giving him the first of your wealth. Not what’s left over.
And he will supply you with abundance.
Proverbs 3:9-10 (KJV) – honour thy Lord with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: so shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

Don’t be afraid or anxious about anything.
God will give you strength and hold your hand through it all.
Isaiah 40:10 (KJV) – fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

God is our strength and our shelter.
He is there to help you when you’re in need.
