Your whole obligation to God is to respect and obey Him.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 (KJV) – let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

Don’t argue or entertain questions that you know will stir up anger.

II Timothy 2:23 (KJV) – but foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.

God did not give us unhealthy fear.

He gave you power.

II Timothy 1:7 (KJV) – for God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power,  and of love, and of a sound mind.

When you leave this earth, you will return to the dust of this world, and your spirit will return to God, the one who gave it to you.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 (KJV) – then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the Spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

Walk in the way of the Lord our God to do his will and reference him.

Otherwise, consider how a father chastises his son, so will God chastise you.

Deuteronomy 8:5-6 (KJV) – thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that as a man chasteneth his son, so the Lord thy God chasteneth thee. Therefore, thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God to walk in his ways, and to fear him.

God doesn’t lie, nor does He do wrong.

God keeps His word and does what He says He will do.

Numbers 23: 19 (KJV) – God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken and shall he not make it good?

We lie. And even lie about lying.

Our Lord hates lying but is pleased with those that are honest.

Proverbs 12:22 (KJV) – lying lips are abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly are his delight.

Speaking evil for evil only gets worse.

Speaking kind words turns away evil.

Proverbs 15:1 (KJV) – a soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

Don’t worry, you will receive your blessings in doing good if you don’t give up.

Galatians 6:9 (KJV) – and let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.

Forgive others.

If you don’t forgive them, our Father won’t forgive you.

Matthew 6:15 (KJV) – but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
