We pour out our hearts and tell all to others.
But very seldom pour out our heart to God.
Trust Him . . . He is your refuge.
Psalm 62:8 (KJV) – trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

We allow pettiness to separate us from one another.
We are to come together in the same mind and judgement, without any division.
I Corinthians 1:10 (KJV) – now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
Having the opportunity to meet and greet wonderful authors and the people in and around Detroit was more than a blessing.

Forgiveness is an act of the will, more than an act of the heart.
Don’t wait until you feel it to do it, but because it’s God’s will.

We consider ourselves first, as being more important then others.
Humble yourself, and consider others as more important than yourself.

We are quick to turn our back on people who don’t look like us.
Lets not forget to entertain strangers.
You just may be entertaining an angel.
Hebrews 13:2 (KJV) – be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Those that do not walk with God can’t understand, nor receive the things of the Spirit of God.
They are foolish to him because he can’t recognize them.
I Corinthians 2:14 (KJV) – but the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The material things we buy, are what we consider our treasure, but they can be stolen.
Your treasures should be that of heaven, where nothing and noone can steal or corrupt.
Matthew 6:20 (KJV) – but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.

God lives in you, and you live in God, if you confess that Jesus is the Son of God.
