Yet, you’re blinded by your sight.
Hebrews 11:1 (KJV) – now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
We live in fear and cry out for joy.
Fear is not of God.
II Timothy 1:7 (KJV) – for God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

We beat ourselves up by dwelling on past mistakes.
Confess it to God. He’ll forgive you.
I John 1:9 (KJV) – if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

The truth is not in you, if you say, you don’t sin.
You’re lying to yourself.
I John 1:8 (KJV) – If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

If your heart is not right in what you’re asking for, you won’t receive it from the Lord.
Why? He won’t hear you.
