Doing things in your own strength is draining, time-consuming, and lifeless.

Submit to God, where there’s joy, peace, and full of life!

James 4:7, 10 (KJV) – submit yourselves therefore unto God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

God already knows your agenda.

You don’t.

Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) – for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil to give you an expected end.

Trust God with all your being, not your own understanding.

Proverbs 3:5 (KJV) – trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

In times of trouble, don’t put your trust in an unfaithful person.

They are of no use.

Proverbs 25:19 (KJV) – confidence in an unfaithful man in time of trouble is like a broken tooth, and a foot out of joint.

God is good and merciful!

Give Him thanks!

Psalm 136:1 (KJV) – o give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Be strong for those who are weak to help them.

Not in helping or pleasing yourselves.

Romans 15:1 (KJV) – we than that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

We all have unbelief.

But, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, nothing is impossible to you.

Have faith.

Matthew 17:20 (KJV) – and Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief; for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

If you’re not giving tithes and offerings, you’re robbing God.

That’s stealing.

Malachi 3:8 (KJV) – will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

If you love God, love your brother.

It’s a commandment, not a choice.

I John 4:21 (KJV) – and this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

Adultery is still a commandment.

Exodus 20:14 (KJV) – thou shalt not commit adultery.
