You will be accountable to God for everything you’ve done.

Good and bad.

Romans 14:12 (KJV) – so then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

We like to make decisions based on what sounds good or look right.

We don’t always know if what sounds good is good, or what looks right is right.

Tell it to God . . . He’ll guide you.

Proverbs 3:6 (KJV) – in all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

God create everything.

And everything was created for His pleasure.

Revelation 4:11 (KJV) – thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

We’re quick to get angry, which makes us want to get revenge.

Revenge belongs to God, not you.

He will repay.

Romans 12:19 (KJV) – dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place under wrap: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Most that are humble, feel they are not deserving of God’s best.

God loves you. If He gave his only Son for you, why wouldn’t He freely give to you all things?

Romans 8:32 (KJV) – He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

God doesn’t force you.

He invites you.

Deuteronomy 30:19 (KJV) – I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.

Our expectations from man is highly rated, which brings on much disappointment.

Expect and wait only on God, not man.

Psalm 62:5 (KJV) – my soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

Man can not fathom what God can and will do for those that wait on Him.

Wait on Him, and see.

Isaiah 64:4 (KJV) – for since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waited for him.

You can’t save yourself.

You are saved through your faith, by God’s grace, which is His gift to you

Ephesians 2:8 (KJV) – for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.

If you’re a follower of Jesus Christ, goodness and mercy will follow you every day of your life.

That means you can’t escape His blessings.

Psalm 23:6 (KJV) – surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
