When you accept a lie, you’re rejecting the truth.

You can’t fight the truth.

II Corinthians 13:8 (KJV) – for we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

Pay it forward, by forgiving.

God forgave you, so you should forgive others.

Ephesians 4:32 (KJV) – and be kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

One man’s act of disobedience made everyone a sinner.

But, by one man’s obedience, many will be made righteous.

Romans 5:19 (KJV) – for as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Just as light cast out darkness.

So does wisdom cast out foolishness.

Ecclesiastes 2: 13 (KJV) – then I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness.

You may have heard one say, you can have riches if you do this or that.

You can have riches and honor and life . . .

If you are humble and fear the Lord.

Proverbs 22:4 (KJV) – by humility and the fear of the Lord are riches, and honour, and life.

Most of us have been told at one time or another to follow your heart.

Your heart can get you in trouble for a temporary feeling.

Proverbs 28:26 (KJV) – he that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

Most of the time, we pray for selfish desires to be granted by our Father, which become unanswered.

Try praying for God’s will.

James 4:3 (KJV) – ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

We are never to far gone in our sins, that we can not be saved.

All you have to do is call on the name of the Lord, and He will save you.

Call Him!

Romans 10:13 (KJV) – for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

We want everything done NOW.

We cause our own problems when we dont wait for the Lord, and take care of the issue ourselves.

The Lord is good to those that look to him, and wait on him.

Lamentations 3:25 (KJV) – the Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul they seeketh him.

When you give to the poor, you will not be without.

But watch out, if you choose not to.

Proverbs 28:27 (KJV) – he that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
