There are many among you that are alive, yet are dead.
If you are freed from sin, you are dead to sin.
Romans 6:7 (KJV) – for he that is dead is freed from sin.

You are not saved by yourself, but by grace through your faith.
Not as a result of your works, it’s God’s gift to you.
Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV) – for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Be truthful.
It delights the Lord and is a blessing to you.
Proverbs 12:12 (KJV) – lying lips are abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly are his delight.

Confess your sins to God.
He will forgive you and cleanse you from all your sins.
He promised.
I John 1:9 (KJV) – if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

God doesn’t forget His promises, as some may think.
He wants you to have eternal life, but that you repent.
II Peter 2:9 (KJV) – the Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Everyone is a slave to sin.
Therefore, a servant of sin.
But Jesus came to set you free.

When you look for God within, with all your heart, you will find him.

Every promise God made, He will keep.
