Tell Him Your Story

When we tell our story to several people, we receive multiple opinions. Now, we’re more confused with what to do, before the story was told.

Nothing wrong with the opinions of others, it’s their opinion. It doesn’t mean we have to act on them. Opinions are suggestions of experience.

Tell it to God, and he will direct your path.

Proverbs 3:6 (KJV) – in all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Treat Them Good

Have you thought about the way you treat your parents? Even those who raised you, if not your birth parents?

We are to honor our mother and father. God even promised we may live long on this earth by honoring them.

The way you treat them, will come back to you.

Ephesians 6:2-3 (KJV) – honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment and promise; that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

Matthew 7:12 (KJV) – therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Change Your Actions

If you don’t like the consequences, change your actions, by changing the way you think.

Proverbs 3:7 (KJV) – be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

Romans 12:2 (KJV) – and be not conformed to this world; but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Am I My Brother’s Keeper

When a stranger or your neighbor is hungry or need to be clothed, you are to feed them, you are to clothe them.

Whatever you do, or do not to your neighbor, you’re doing it unto God.

You are your brother’s keeper.

Matthew 25:40, 45 (KJV) – and the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Then shall he answer them; saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

The Battle Within

Our battles are not on the outside, with flesh and blood, but within ourselves. If our battle is within ourselves, so are our weapons.

Ephesians 6:12 (KJV) – for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
