Make it a habit to intentionally do good, look for peace and avoid evil.

I Peter 3:11 (KJV) – let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

One of God’s gift to us, is to enjoy the fruit of our work.

Ecclesiastes 3:13 (KJV) – and also that every man should eat and drunk, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.

Many follow the way to destruction.

Which is doing what the world does.

That’s why the way to it is so wide.

Matthew 7:13 (KJV) – enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat.

We sometimes worry if and when we’re going to receiving our blessings for the good we’ve done for others.

You’ll receive them, just don’t give up.

Galatians 6:9 (KJV) – and let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.

You will always be rewarded when you obey God.

Psalm 18:20 (KJV) – the Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompense me.

We’ve come to program ourselves to find joy in our circumstances.

When our circumstances changes, so does our joy.

Our joy comes from the Lord.

John 15:11 (KJV) – these things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Please don’t think you have to be perfect to please God.

All of us have fallen short of His glory.

Romans 3:23 (KJV) – for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

If you don’t judge others, you won’t be judged.

Matthew 7:1 (KJV) – judge not, that ye be not judged.

When you pray, go into a closed room, shut the door, pray to our Father in secret and our Father will reward you in the open.

Its between you and God, not you and man.

Matthew 6:6 (KJV) – but thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

We never know what others are going through.

Even those that we know to be strong need to be encouraged as well.

Encourage and build up one another.

I Thessalonians 5:11 (KJV) – wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
