We all have a support system.

A sibling will naturally support you, and a true friend will support you no matter what.

Proverbs 17:17 (KJV) – a friend loveth at all times, and brother is born for adversity.

An unbeliever can’t tell if you’re a Christian if you’re still living like the world.

Therefore, you can’t be fruitful.

Mark 4:18-19 (KJV) – and these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, And the cares of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

When you stop fighting against God and do his will, satan will leave you alone.

He’ll try you again, but he will leave when you do what’s right.

James 4:7 (KJV) – submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

God comforts us in our trials.

You are to comfort others with the same comfort you received from God.

II Corinthians 1:4 (KJV) – who conforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

We all need guidance to living and doing the right thing.

God has given you everything you need for life and godliness in the Bible.

II Peter 1:3 (KJV) – according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.

Pride will keep you from doing good to others.

When you have the opportunity to do good, don’t hold back good from them when it is due to them.

Proverbs 3:27 (KJV) – withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

When God disciplines us, He does it out of love and to protect us.

If He didn’t love you, He wouldn’t discipline you.

Hebrews 12:6 (KJV) – for whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

We sometimes think we have power over God by our choices.

You don’t have power over God.

Romans 13:1 (KJV) – let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
