You Can’t Lose With God

If you never face obstacles in your life, you will never grow, and never get stronger in your faith.

Every obstacle is an opportunity. Therefore, let your opportunity strengthen you, not weaken you. Know that God’s grace is sufficient. Don’t fight what he is doing for you, but trust him in your obstacles, and see your life change for the better.

You can’t lose with God.

II Corinthians 12:9 (KJV) – and he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

The Kiss Of Judas

When someone has betrayed us, or hurt us, it’s hard to shake it off. But, most of the time, we fail to see it as something good, something that’s pushing us toward our destiny.

Jesus was betrayed by Judas with a kiss. It looked very bad when it was happening, but the betrayal saved us all from our sins. It was for our good, serving God’s plan. Our sins were paid for in full by Jesus.

Therefore, don’t get upset when you receive the kiss of Judas from someone, it’s all happening for your good. Stay in faith and be reminded, God is in control, and the kiss of Judas is a blessing in disguise.

Luke 22:47-48 (KJV) – and while he yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss him. But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?

Genesis 50:20 (KJV) – but as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Do You Want It Bad Enough

It took Moses and the Israelites 40 years to get to the promise land, because they disobeyed God. It should had only taken them 3 days.

Have you been praying for something, and you truly believe it’s God’s will for you, but you don’t understand why your prayer has not been answered? Could it be that God doesn’t feel you’re ready for it – God’s timing? Or, have you not done what God asked you to do in that particular area – disobedience?

We have to be patient and wait for God’s timing, not our own. And, when we don’t do what God has told us to do, it’s not that he doesn’t want to answer our prayer, it’s because of our disobedience. The longer we hold off on being obedient to God, the longer it will take to receive what we ask for.

If you want it bad enough, you will obey God and wait for His timing.

Numbers 32:13 (KJV) – and the Lord’s anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the Lord, was consumed.

Psalm 27:14 (KJV) – wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart; wait, I say, on the Lord.

Garbage Dumper

Are you a garbage dumper?  I mean, every time you are frustrated about something, you take it out on someone else by screaming and hollering, instead of you dealing with the situation.

Stop dumping your garbage on others, and see everything as coming from God.  Ask him; “what are you telling me through this?”, and he will reveal it to you. Look at the situation on a positive level.  Pray and give thanks to God. He could very well be saving you from something, or revealing the truth about yourself.

Do the right thing, and let God show you how much he loves you, and you will see him loving you in your everyday life.

Philippians 4:6 (KJV) – be care for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

For Your Good

When someone does us wrong, it’s an opportunity to move forward in our life.  God is removing us from something or someone, and changing our direction, the direction we should be in – His direction.

God knows all, and sees all, and He wants the best for us, therefore, we have to trust in what he’s doing.

Don’t fight what God is doing, keep the faith.  If you love God, He is working it out for your good.

I Timothy 6:12 (KJV) – fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

Romans 8:28 (KJV) – and we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

It’s Already Done

Fretting over circumstances and situations are a waste of time, energy and steals your joy.  It will pass.

God has already taken care of your concerns.  Give Him thanks and praise for everything!

It’s already done!

Philippians 4:6 (KJV) – be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanks giving let your requests be made known unto God.

Do It On Purpose

Workers of iniquity feel what they are doing is right.  It is extremely hard to get them to understand, what they are doing is wrong.  Their heart and mind are not focused on what’s right, because they are walking in the flesh, therefore, they don’t understand what’s right.

The eyes of those that walk in the flesh will not see the wrong they do, because their eyes are blinded.  Their eyes will continue to be blind until the act is executed.  Once they have done what they have plotted, their eyes are opened, and that’s when they see the wrong they have done.

Purposely seek the word of God. Purposely speak the word of God. Purposely rebuke satan and he will flee from you. Purposely walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Do it on purpose.

I John 2:11 (KJV) – but he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

Galatians 5:26 (KJV) – this I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Pride Is Not Of God

We live our lives hiding behind things, and people, and most of us don’t know who we truly are. How can we live our lives being transparent – naked, to others, when we are not transparent – naked, with ourselves.

We allow ourselves to be deceived by Satan, and most don’t do anything about it because we believe that’s the way it is. It’s not!

Satan has a way with us through pride. He tells us that being humble is weak, and pride is strength. Sorry to burst your bubble satan, because it’s the opposite. Pride is of the world, which is weakness and shame.  Humility is of God, which is strength and honor.

Therefore, walk in humility.

Proverbs 29:23 (KJV) – a man’s pride shall bring him low: but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit.

I John 2:16 – for all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Pride Vs. Humility

When we walk in pride, we are hiding behind shame and weaknesses. We don’t want the world to know that we fear, but that we have it all together. But we don’t! The very things that we hide behind pride, will come to the light.

When we walk in humility, God acts on our behalf, exalts us, lifts us up, fights our battles, and makes our enemies, our footstool.

Free yourself from the pride that’s keeping you from being free, from being humble. The only way you will be clothed with transparency is through God, our Father. His way is life, freedom, joy and peace.

Proverbs 11:2 (KJV) – when pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom.

James 4:10 (KJV) – humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

I Peter 5:6 (KJV) – humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.

I Corinthians 4:5 (KJV) – therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
