Why Should I Forgive You

Can you imagine going through life not being forgiven for something you’ve done? I don’t mean just one thing, but for everything. Every time you have done something wrong in your life you were told, you will not be forgiven. That’s too awful to think about.

We are to forgive others, every time they have wronged us, repented, and wronged us again.

If we are not forgiving towards others, God will not forgive us. Not only that, He will allow a way for us to do something that will require us to want forgiveness for ourselves. We will reap what we have sown.

The next time the situation presents itself for you to forgive someone, put yourself in their shoes. Forgive others, so that you can be forgiven as well.

Luke 17:3-4 (KJV) – take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

Galatians 6:7 (KJV) – de bot deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Matthew 6:14-15 (KJV) – for if ye forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you: but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

I Expect You To Make Me Happy

Why do we seem to think that others have the responsibility to make us happy?

It is not someone else’s job to make us happy, laugh or lift us up. If we are relying on others to make us happy, we are disappointing ourselves.

If someone doesn’t say what we want to hear, or do what we expect them to do, we become disappointed, and discouraged. We put so much pressure on others, we truly don’t realize we’re doing it.  Our expectations are from man, when they should be from God. If we think about it, we’re living our lives saying; “I expect you to make me happy”. That’s a lot to put on someone.

We are to rely on God for EVERYTHING. He is our source. Our dependency should not be from others, which is self-sufficient, but from God. Our expectations are from God, not man.  Our joy is in the Lord.

Take man off the hook. Trust God and look to Him to bring you joy and peace.

II Corinthians 3:5 (KJV) – not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God.

Romans 15:13 (KJV) – now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through he power of the Holy Ghost.

Psalm 35:9 (KJV) – and my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation.

The Best Things In Life

The best things in life are truly free!!

    Grace
    Peace
    Forgiveness of sin
    Mercy

John 14:27 (KJV) – peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Ephesians 1:7 (KJV) – in whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.

Psalm 86:5 (KJV) – for thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

Leave All The Consequences To Him

Take a good look back at events in your life. Can you see God in those events? Can you see God moving in your life?

Some of the decisions in our lives we wished we could have changed because we wanted to be the god in our life, at that moment. And some of the decisions we made were because we were being lead by God, and we’re thankful for those.

When we take control of our lives, it becomes just like a city dump, where there are all kinds of things in it, and we don’t know how to clean it up ourselves. Until we look to God and trust Him, to clean up our mess, our city dump will become so massive, that we will sell our soul to the devil to get it cleaned. But understand, satan will show you what you think you want, and it will only get worst. Satan will try anything, to keep you from following God.

God knows it all. Begin to trust God, little by little, and watch Him clean up the city dump that you’ve made. Watch Him guide you to victory, to true joy, and to true peace.

Obey God, and leave all the consequences to Him. You will win every single time!

Isaiah 48:17 (KJV) – thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.

John 10:10 (KJV) – the thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy; I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Proverbs 3:5 (KJV) – trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

II Corinthians 3:18 (KJV) – but we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

What You Do In The Dark

What you do in the dark – in secret, will come to the light, and will come with consequences. But more importantly, what is done in the dark – in secret, God reveals it in the open for others to see.

Getting into something in secret, and of the flesh, is a red flag within itself, has everything that says; do not do it. Not to mention the consequences of the flesh is guaranteed and costly.

Practicing to obey God and leaving the consequences to Him; is hard, but far more rewarding.

Jeremiah 23:24 (KJV) – can any hid himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord.

John 7:4 (KJV) – for there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known, openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.

Romans 6:23 – for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Chris our Lord.

There Is No Need To Be Jealous

Why are we jealous and envious of others, who get what they have by hurting others. We’re mostly jealous of the fact that they have it.

You can’t go through life hurting others by getting what you want? It will soon find you, and definitely will come back to bite you?

Therefore, there’s is no need for jealousy of what someone has. Especially if they got it for selfishness, greed or ulterior motives. They may appear happy on the outside, but on the inside, there’s no real joy, no real happiness, and no real peace.

Let the peace of God reign in you, and know that every good thing and every perfect gift is from God, not from man.

Proverbs 6:34 (KJV) – for jealously is the rage of a man: therefore he will not spare in the day of vengeance.

Romans 15:33 (KJV) – now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.

James 1:17 (KJV) – every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Peace Is Priceless Stop Paying For Sin

Bitterness, anger, and envy can do you more harm than the person you’re holding it against. It will cause you to live your life half-happy, with fake joy, and pretending to be something that you’re not. And the person you’re holding hostage in your heart and mind are not concerned with, or may not even know, what you’re festering.

Let it go, and let them go. Holding on to ill-feelings is not of God, but sin. Forgive them, forgive yourself, and enjoy the life God has planned for you.

Peace is priceless, stop paying for sin. Jesus already did that for you.

Ephesians 4:31 (KJV) – let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice.

Matthew 6:14-15 (KJV) – for if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

John 14:27 (KJV) – peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Galatians 1:4 (KJV) – who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father.

Forcing What Doesnt Belong

Jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, and our lives are similar. Once you have solved one part of the puzzle, you can move forward. In our lives, once you have done the will of God, you can move forward.

As long as you try to fit in a wrong piece, it will never fit correctly, and cause all kinds of problems.

You can force something that is not in God’s plan for you, but it will always be a problem, no matter how much you try to fix what doesn’t belong. The longer you force it, the longer you withhold your blessings.

Psalm 66:18 (KJV) – if I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.

Jeremiah 5:25 (KJV) – your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden good things from you.
