The Bible still says, “whoever” finds a wife.
Woman. . . Let him find you. Stop pursuing him.
Men . . . Stop looking for a girlfriend. Look for a wife.
Proverbs 18:22 (KJV) – whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favor of the Lord.
Don’t just eat to live, but live by God’s word.
Because, whatever God said will happen, will.
Matthew 4:4 (KJV) – but he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word they proceedeth out of the mouth of God
It is not God’s will for us to be indecisive.
It’s either, yes or no. For or against. Hot or cold.
There’s no in between.
Revelation 3:15-16 (KJV) – I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
There are many that say, they’re not for God or against God.
If you’re not for God, then you’re against him.
Matthew 12:30 (KJV) – he that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.
God knew you would need mercy and forgiveness.
He’s ready to give it.
Call on Him . . . he’s waiting.
Psalm 86:5 (KJV) – for thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
God has all power.
There is nothing He does not have power over.
Matthew 28:18 (KJV) – and Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Whatever you do to others, you’re doing it to God.
Matthew 25:40 (KJV) – and the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
We keep our minds cluttered with a lot of things.
But, how much of those things are pure, honest, and worthy of praise?
Those are the things you should be thinking about.
Philippians 4:8 (KJV) – finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
If you’re praying to God for something, but trusting man for it, you’re not trusting God.
It’s better to trust God, not man.
Psalm 118:8 (KJV) – it is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.
