We put ourselves through so much unnecessary stress and try to do everything ourselves.

You are to depend on God’s strength, not your own.

Ephesians 6:10 (KJV) – finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

Your sins separates you from God.

But nothing can separate you from God’s love.

There’s a difference.

Isaiah 59:2 (KJV) – but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear you.

Romans 8:39 (KJV) – nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

God has laid our foundation for us.

But you have to be careful what you build upon your foundation.

I I Corinthians 3:10 (KJV) – according to the grace of God which is given unto me, a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth theron. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.

Although it is you who got yourself in trouble.

It is God who will get you out of your trouble.

Stop trying and give it to Him.

Psalm 55:22 (KJV) – cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Trust God for EVERYTHING!

Tell God EVERYTHING!

He is your safe place.

Psalm 62:8 (KJV) – trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Have an attitude of others being more important than yourself.

You don’t always have to be first.

Philippians 2:4 (KJV) – look not every man on his own things. But every man also on the things of others.

When you do wrong, you’re only  hurting yourself.

When you show mercy to others, you’re doing good to your soul.

Proverbs 11:17 (KJV) – the merciful man doeth good to his own soul: but he that is cruel troubleth his own flesh.

Your work, an addiction, a person can keep you from spending time with God. 

Anything that distracts you from having a relationship with God, you’re making it an idol.

Exodus 20:4 (KJV) – thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

Everything you do, do it with joy!

Psalm 100:2 (KJV) – serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

Every knee will bow to Jesus.

Not some of us, but all of us.

Philippians 2:10 (KJV) – that at the name of Jesus every knee show bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
