Listen To God

How can we expect God to listen to us, when we won’t listen to him.

When you don’t listen to God, He will turn you over to the stubbornness of your heart, which leads to consequences.

Listen to God!

Romans 81:11-12 (KJV) – but my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me. So I gave them up unto their own hearts lust: and they walked in their own counsels.

Are You Deserving

We dare not want to forgive others, let alone pray for them, when they have wronged us, mostly because we don’t think they are deserving.

What about when the shoe is on the other foot?

Are you deserving?

Luke 23:34 (KJV) – then said Jesus, Father, forgive them: for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

Matthew 6:15 (KJV) – but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Get It

The grass is not always greener on the other side.

The lies you speak will catch up with you.

Temptation is temporary, and pays a valuable price.

You will reap what you sow.

Get It or Get Got speaks on relationships, and the consequences we face, based on the decisions we make, whether in the spiritual realm or in the flesh.

Matthew 26:41 (KJV) – watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Galatians 6:7 (KJV) – be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

God Needs My Help

Too many times, we pray for something, then take it upon ourselves to step in to help God, because we think He needs it and we know best.

As long as you keep stepping in, He will step out.

Trust Him.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV) – trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Compromising

We have a tendency of compromising our convictions, because we think what is before us, is for us.

When you compromise with those that deceive you, they get their way, and you have no peace.

Stop compromising. Whatever God has for you, is for you.

God is not the author of confusion.

Ephesians 4:14 (KJV) – that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.

I Corinthians 14:33 (KJV) – for God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Just The Way You Are

Many believe, they have to straighten up first, to receive God and his grace.

God’s grace doesn’t wait for you to clean yourself up. God’s grace accepts you just the way you are.

Ephesians 2:8 (KJV) – for by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.

II Corinthians 3:18 (KJV) – but we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
