Good For Nothing

Salt changes the flavor of things. As a believer, so should you.

If you conform yourself to this world, you have become just like the world, therefore, you are good for nothing.

Be the change you want to see.

Matthew 5:13 (KJV) – ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

Kept Promises

God made a promise to the world. That includes the good and the bad – no one excluded.

He said, He will never destroy the world by flood. To prove His word is bond, he sets a rainbow in the clouds to remind us.

Can you prove your word is your bond?

Genesis 9:15-16 (KJV) – and I will remember my convenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

Out Of Love

When you love God, He will be with you in trouble, answer you when you call Him, and give you long life.

Just because you love Him.

Psalm 91:14-16 (KJV) – because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Listen To God

How can we expect God to listen to us, when we won’t listen to him.

When you don’t listen to God, He will turn you over to the stubbornness of your heart, which leads to consequences.

Listen to God!

Romans 81:11-12 (KJV) – but my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me. So I gave them up unto their own hearts lust: and they walked in their own counsels.
