Trying To Please God

We do our best trying to please God. But, we don’t realize we can never please God in the flesh. The flesh is weak and sinful.

Our faith in God, is what pleases Him.

Romans 8:8 (KJV) – so then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Hebrews 11:6 (KJV) – but without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Do Something

The enemy will trick our mind to tell us to don’t do anything, when in fact something should be done. Or do something, when nothing needs to be done.

In every situation there is a choice, to do something or don’t do anything. Either choice, you’re doing something.

Don’t let satan take advantage of you. Know his trickery.

II Corinthians 2:11 (KJV) – lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

Your Next Storm

We can control how we go through the storms in our lives. We can let the storms be a slight rain drizzle, or we can let them turn into a tsunami.

What is the forecast in your next storm? The choice is yours.

Psalm 27:1 (KJV) – the Lord is my light and salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

In Due Time

Is it worth it to stand by someone other than yourself? Fight for someone other than yourself? Actually, carry someone else’s burdens?

Absolutely! You will receive your reward, in due time.

Galatians 6:2, 9 (KJV) – bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Accept The Push

Everyone is not meant to like you. Nor is everyone you meet, meant to move forward with you, in your life. Some are simply there, to make you totally uncomfortable, to push you forward.

Accept the push.

II Corinthians 12:7 (KJV) – and lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

Wake Up

What or who is the first thought on your mind when you wake up?

Are you worried about the issues of the world? Or is your mind focused on God, ready to let Him carry everything for you, surrendering to Him, thanking Him, glorifying and praising Him?

It is God’s will for us to be glad in the days He has made.

Wake up and rejoice! Be glad!

I Peter 5:7 (KJV) – casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Psalm 118:24 (KJV) – this is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
