The World Is On Fast Forward

The world is at a fast pace. Everything is in a hurry! The normal now is, fast forward.

The microwave is working more than the stove. We have made every lane on the freeway, the fast lane. We can’t wait on hold on the phone no longer than 20 seconds, without being frustrated.

No one wants to be patient for anything. We want everything, now. But, we have to slow down, and know that patience is a behavior we all should have more of.

There’s a cycle and a process for everything, with learned lessons in them all. God is trying to show us ourselves, and Him. But to see what God is doing in and through our lives, we have to be patient. God doesn’t rush things because the world is changing. He doesn’t move according to our will, but His will, so that we can receive His promises.

Learn to slow down, see the process, and receive the promises.

Hebrews 10:36 (KJV) – for ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

Psalm 27:24 (KJV) – wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

It’s How You Speak

We have a tendency of speaking harshly toward others when we are upset. Most of us think this is the way to get our point across, and to mean what we say. But, it’s not, it only turns up the fire for more anger.

God’s word says, that we should answer every man with grace, and words that are heartfelt. To speak softly, and it will turn away anger.

Colossians:4:6 (KJV) – let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

Proverbs 15:1 (KJV) – a soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

God Has Amnesia

We, in the flesh, tend to not be forgetful of those who have wronged us. When someone does us wrong, most of us will tell everyone who will listen, talk about it for days, months, even years, won’t let it go, or let the past stay where it is.

Bringing up those things from the past, keeps us from moving forward in our lives. Most importantly, we don’t want the person who has wronged us, to forget what they did. We bring it up to them every chance we get. Therefore, condemning them.

We are to be forgiving towards others. If we forgive others who have wronged us, God will forgive us also. But if we don’t forgive them, God will not forgive us.

God forgives us of our sins and doesn’t remember them anymore. This is one area that God has amnesia. When others have wronged us, we need to be more like God, and get a case of amnesia. Forgive the person who has wronged you. Forget what has happened in the past, remember it no more, let it go, and move forward in your life.

Luke 6:37 (KJV) – judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.

Matthew 6:14-15 (KJV) – for if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Hebrews 8:12 (KJV) – for I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Philippians 3:13 (KJV) – brethren , I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before.

God Does Love Me

Do you struggle with wondering if God loves you or not?

Wonder no more, God loves you regardless of what you have done in the past, or what you are going to do in the future. God already knows what you are going to do, and knew what you were going to do before you were conceived. You just didn’t know.

Know that God’s love for you is unconditional. God is love. God loves you so much, He gave his Son for you. Nothing can separate you from the love of God.

Live your life going forward, knowing that God loves you. Say with your mouth: God loves me!

I John 4:19 (KJV) – we love him, because he first loved us.

I John 4:16 (KJV) – and we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

John 3:16 (KJV) – for God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 8:39 (KJV) – nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I Am More Than A Conqueror

Today is a day of celebration, like all other days. But, a day of significant celebration and importance to me.

Today, I am officially a cancer survivor!! I am 5 years cancer free today!!!

Our Father said, no weapon formed against me shall prosper! He said, I am more than a conqueror! I claim it, in Jesus name!

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made! My soul knows it very well!!

Thank you Jesus for loving me!

Psalm 118:24 (KJC) – this is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Isaiah 54:17 (KJV) – no weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Romans 8:37 (KJV) – nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

Psalm 139: 14 (KJV) – I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Fighting In The Flesh

The flesh will only fight against what it can see, on a mental or physical level. Therefore, if it’s not visible, it’s not there, and there’s no fight. The flesh doesn’t try to fight against spirits because the flesh doesn’t know of spirits, nor how to fight spirits.

The flesh will argue tooth-and-nail, not realizing, it’s an unending battle that will never be won.

We tend to think our battle is with the other person, when in fact, it’s not, but against powers, rulers of the darkness, against evil spirits. Yes, I said, evil spirits.

There are powers that try to rule over us, but we have to learn to submit to God, and speak His word to fight off those spirits. You can’t fight the spirits in the flesh, nor in your thoughts, but you must speak it. Speaking the word of God allows you to take action against those spirits.

Read His word! Speak His word!

Ephesians 6:12 (KJV) – for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against power, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high place.

James 4:7 (KJV) – submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

God Is Sufficient

We go about our lives depending upon ourselves, thinking “we” can do it. It’s natural, but it’s not what God wants us to do.

It’s not that we don’t know how to do for ourselves, but God wants us to be dependent upon Him.

II Corinthians 3:5 (KJV) – not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God.

God Is Your Judge

God is our judge. It is He who will judge us not just for the good we have done, but for the bad also.

It doesnt matter how good we have been, and if our right outweighs our wrong. What matters to God in judging us, is that we repent from our sins, and turn from our wicked ways, because we will be judged for the wrong we have done.

Now that you know, going forward, be reminded to let the Holy Spirit work in you, to do good in everything.

Isaiah 33:22 (KJV) – for the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our King, he will save us.

Ezekiel 18:30 (KJV) – therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, everyone according to his ways, saith the Lord God. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.

Your Success

We read books on how to be successful, we take classes, go to seminars, and we even tell others about the wonderful idea. Mostly, it’s because we don’t know how to use, or where our resources are, to be successful.

We can be successful, maximize on our potential, and receive wealth, by meditating on God’s word, and doing what it says to do. God’s word say we can have success. His word will also give us understanding, wisdom and knowledge, increase our faith, fill us with the Holy Spirit, as well as, give us favor with God and man.

Read God’s word, and look for your success with expectancy!

Joshua 1:8 (KJV) – this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Proverbs 3:4 (KJV) – so shalt thou find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

In Jesus Name

When we go to God, our Father in prayer, we can’t just go straight to God. We have to go through His Son Jesus, to get to the Father. And when we pray, we are to ask whatever we want, in Jesus name.

A lot of prayers are not answered because we try to go straight to God in our asking, when He said, to ask in Jesus name and we will receive it. But of course, whatever we ask has to be in alignment with what God wants for us.

When we pray in Jesus name, Jesus goes to the Father for us, and He gives us the desires of our hearts. So, when we pray, we are also to say; “in Jesus name”.

John 14:13-14 (KJV) – and whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

John 16:26 (KJV) – at that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
