Most want their blessings right away after doing a good deed.

Blessings come in God’s timing if you don’t grow tired in waiting.

Galatians 6:9 (KJV) – and let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Commit everything you do as unto the Lord, and your good thoughts will come to pass.

Proverbs 16:3 (KJV) – commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.

Tell God your wrong.

Although He already knows, He just wants you to confess them to Him, to cleanse you from all your sins.

John 1:9 (KJV) – If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

All of us have sinned.

If you say you haven’t, you’re calling God a liar, and His word is not in you.

John 1:10 (KJV) – If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

The Lord hears every cry of the righteous.

And . . . He delivers them from all of their troubles.

Psalm 34:17 (KJV) – the righteous cry, and the Lord heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

We can be uncomfortable with God, but so comfortable with sin.

Who are you serving?

Romans 6:16 (KJV) – know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

If you live by the Spirit, you live.

If you live after the flesh, you die.

Romans 8:13 (KJV) – for if ye live after the flesh , ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

Man seems to think his way is right.

Your way leads to destruction.

Proverbs 14:12 (KJV) – there is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

So many have chosen something or someone over God.

If God is against you, no one can stand for you.

Choose God over man.

Romans 8:31 (KJV) – What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

In order to triump over something, you have to go through something.

Stop fighting against what’s meant to be your victory.

God’s grace is all you need.

II Corinthians 12:8-9 (KJV) for this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
