Happy Birthday

Today, is my 60th birthday!!! Six-point-O!!! Whaaahoooo!!

Thank you Heavenly Father, for bringing me this far. For giving me the ultimate gift of forgiveness, through your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. The gift I can never repay.

Thank you to all who are in my circle-of-life, and to those who have crossed by path. Giving me words of encouragement, a pat on the back, a shoulder to cry on, a hug to lift me, a kiss to greet me, a smile to make me smile, a thumbs up to give me hope, a spiritual word to enlighten me, a ear to listen, and most of all, your love, to say you believe in me.

I say thank you to you, for your gifts to me!

Blessings to you all! Love you to pieces! ❤️💝

I Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV) – in every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Psalm 70:4 (KJV) – let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.

Psalm 118:24 (KJV) – this is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Tell Tell

Be careful who you tell things to, because a tattletale tells it all.

Tell it to God, He will take it to your grave. He said to cast your cares on Him.

Proverbs 11:13 (KJV) – a talebearer revealed secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.

I Peter 5:7 (KJV) – casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

Prepare Yourself

If you haven’t received what you have prayed for, it’s not that the blessing you prayed for is not there, nor prepared, but because you are not prepared for the blessing or it’s not God’s will for you to have it.

If you know what you have asked our Father for, is in line with His will, He has done his part, now you do yours . . . prepare yourself.

Matthew 21:22 (KJV) – and all things, whatsoever he shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Romans 15:13 (KJV) – now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

When God Made You

You are like no one on earth. You are one of a kind.

When God made you, He broke the mode. Let your light shine in the world.

I Peter 2:9 (KJV) – but ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that he should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

Matthew 5:14 (KJV) – ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.

Are You Ashamed

Are you ashamed to let others know you read the Bible? Do you withhold blessing your food in public, or amongst your friends?

Don’t be ashamed of God, if you do, He will be ashamed of you.

Mark 8:8 (KJV) – whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

You May Not See Him

Cutting corners, and watering things down when no one is watching has consequences. It’s not hurting anyone but ourselves.

God honors those that do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Although you may not see Him, remember . . . God is always watching.

Proverbs 5:21 (KJV) – the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, and he pondereth all his goings.

Proverbs 15:3 (KJV) – the eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

Good Will Come Through

We put our trust in others because they come through for us. Every time someone does what they say they’re going to do, we trust them more and more. But . . . as soon as that one time comes, when they don’t come through for us, there’s doubt.

Take man off the peddle stool, that’s where God belongs. God will guide you to whom he wants you to talk to, and help you. He will come through for you . . . every time!

Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV) – trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Controlling

Some of us have characteristics to be controlling of others, so bad that it stagnates relationships – doesn’t move forward.

Controlling others is not God’s intention for us. We do not own anyone. We are God’s children. God is in control.

Remember, the way you treat others will come back on you, so don’t act surprised when it happens to you . . . because it will.

Matthew 7:12 (KJV) – therefore all things what ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Romans 14:8 (KJV) – for whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s.

Galatians 6:7 (KJV) – be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Never Satisfied

We complain so much about what we don’t like about our lives, and what we don’t have, more then the things we do like about our lives, and do have.

Satan doesn’t want us to be content, he wants us to be discontent – never satisfied.

Whatever it is, you can change it. But know this, be content while changing.

Philippians 4:11 (KJV) – not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

Undefeated

God knows everything about you . . . why not trust Him?

He is undefeated. You can’t lose with God.

Psalm 139:1-6 (KJV) – O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether. Thou has beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me, such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
