We are quick to presume the end result based on what we see. That’s because, we are easily lead to believe in what we see, quicker than believing in the word of God.

Scripture tell us to trust God whole heartily, and not to go by our own understanding. God is always working things out behind the scenes.

Faith is trusting in God’s word, which is truth, rather than trusting in what you see.

Psalm 118:8 (KJV) – it is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

Proverbs 3:5 (KJV) – trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Hebrews 11:1 (KJV) – now faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen.
