The question still lingers out there . . . Did God or man make heaven and earth.

And the answer is still the same . . . God made it all.

Nehemiah 9:6 (KJV) – thou, even though, art Lord alone; thou hast made heaven, the heavens of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.
